I had an awful experience at Mawuli Hotel, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We booked our room well in advance, yet when we arrived, tired and exhausted, they told us there were no rooms left! It was late—almost 11 PM—and I had a 7-month-old baby with me. Despite our booking, they gave our room away to someone else, leaving us stranded. We had no choice but to find an Airbnb at the last minute due to their disorganized system. To make matters worse, they kept sending us emails telling us to “enjoy our stay” and that they were “looking forward to having us”—emails that felt like a slap in the face since we never even got the chance to stay there. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its customers, and their lack of professionalism caused us significant stress. Avoid this place at all costs!
