Good stay. Hotel is modern, clean and nice with good amenities. Staff was efficient at checkin. Price of the stay was reasonable. We were able to park on site but it’s 6 lots at the back of the hotel. It’s a little confusing to get to the 1st time so u may want to check before arriving.

This is an excellent brand new hotel (10 months old). Located close to the old town, everything is new and modern. The room was good size with a new and shiny bathroom, clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Terrific front desk, very friendly and helpful. If you have a car you can park in front to unload your luggage. They have a few parking spots behind the hotel at CHF18 (vs CHF40 for the city parking). Ask the front desk if they're available.

We took this property as base to travel to different places like Lauter etc that’s like 2 hrs drive . Checked in around 5 PM . It was a very hot day & the AC will not move from 26 degree down . Thermostat is complex :) After many trials a staff arrived ( This young man was very nice ). But the temperature won’t go down . After 6 hrs at 11 we were adviced to open the balcony door That was not ok as smoke smell & noise from road was horrible & some insects like bees , wasp etc came in . Around 12 hotel said we can try another room. We have a disabled kid . So middle of night we went to one floor up . No luck . Some how spend the night in that room . Again back to old room. All of us got sick from the heat & sweat , sore throat . Couldn’t go any where as tired from heat and no sleep . Lost 1 day of vacation :(.weekends no mechanic to check AC it seems & they say Europe AC is like this it won’t go below 24 C . We had same experience in Strasbourg Marriott too . Two more days with a table fan we had to adjust , hotel reception say many people from usa & gulf complain about heat but hotel management can’t help It. That’s not good !!! Breakfast started boring the first day but then around 10 am chefs came in and put some good pastries outside . Bed is very good

All in all a clean hotel👍 Why 3 points Breakfast is set high at 27.- and a sparse selection Very loud right next to the gas boiler 👎👎 Menu selection OK! At reception we were served with unfriendly information👎👎 The young woman with glasses always on her cell phone is a no go! Bar prices too high Tip Lots of small restaurants nearby

The hotel is kind of ourside the city center and has no own parking lots.
Instead, you have to use the nearby garage which charges 30 CHF per night.
On top, for environmental reasons, the AC is set to a minimum "comfortable" 25 degresse... I was sweating the whole night and didn't sleep good at all.
If I would have been aware of these circumstances, I would not have booked this hotel.

Just what you expect. Clean, quiet, relaxing. The staff was very helpful. We had no issues with our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job at maintaining our room during our 6 night stay.
