No bathroom fan, missing smoke alarm, constant,extremely noisy traffic, trashy yards, no ice available, elevator quit functioning.

The staff was great. Especially Dajenea, the person running check-in. She made check-in easy and she was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable and cool. Breakfast was just what we needed as we were sort of in a hurry and needed to get thru and on our way.

Everyone was super friendly! We stayed 10 days and came in each day to clean towels and bed made up! Quiet room, in an easy to access location! Perfect place for the price! The pool has no water and guest laundry does not work. So beware if you are looking for either!

Awesome stay. Branne got me checked in quickly. Quiet room even close to highway. Comfortable bed for a great nights sleep or afternoon nap. Cold AC kept room nice and chill even in summer temperatures. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast selection. Walk-able distance to convenience store and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly Dajenea was very nice at the front she help give great service by providing towels. She helped open the gym and give me water. The room was clean when I checked in and the pillows were fluffy and soft. Gonna be staying here with the excellent service!

Elevator was worn and dirty in places. But room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was the grout around the tub. It looked dirty.
TV in breakfast area didn't work. The breakfast offerings were great!

Stayed for 1 night with my dogs, hotel staff member Branne was awesome and accommodating with our late arrival and pet requests. The room was clean and had a small fridge. Bed was comfortable and comfortable the AC in the room worked amazing. If I found myself passing through Big Springs again, I would surely stay here.
