**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs: Unhygienic Conditions and Dishonest Management** If you value your health and well-being, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment. My recent stay was an absolute nightmare that left me with a foul taste in my mouth. Upon arrival, I was greeted by rude and unhelpful front desk staff. They seemed more interested in gossiping among themselves than attending to my needs. To my horror, I woke up two mornings in a row to find my toilets overflowing with feces. The maintenance worker who came to unclog them left the mess for me to clean up. To make matters worse, he left the used plunger in a filthy bucket in the bathroom, posing a health hazard to my family, including my 1.5-year-old child. Upon checking out, I was shocked to learn that there would be no adjustment in my stay despite the appalling conditions I had endured. When I inquired about this, the manager falsely accused me of stealing three pillows and replacing them with my own. It was evident from the hotel's surveillance footage that we had brought our own bedding, including pillows. Determined to seek justice, I contacted corporate and filed a complaint against the manager. However, the next day, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $45 on my credit card for the alleged stolen pillows. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism of this hotel's staff is beyond belief. They have shown a complete disregard for the health and safety of their guests. I urge potential guests to avoid this establishment at all costs. There are far better options available that will treat you with respect and provide you with a clean and comfortable stay.
