Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn at Big Stone Gap, Virginia. We were a little disappointed that there was no maid service automatically provided for each day of our stay. Even though we had booked to stay 2 days, there were only 2 washcloths and 2 towels provided in the bathroom and additional items would have had to be requested by us. Hence, another reason daily maid service would have been nice. The bathroom door would not lock; not sure if this was intentional or just a broken lock. The complimentary breakfast was nice and was held in a pleasant environment. We were a little disappointed to not see any kind of fruit as an option. The staff (front desk and breakfast attendant) were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I would definitely recommend this location to our friends.

All around great place. Very clean and well kept. Good choices for breakfast. From now on, when I am in the area, this will be my home away from home!

This trip was a reunion 40 years in the making and the Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and like family! We WILL stay here when we go back! The hospitality was amazing! Thank you for everything.

Very nice hotel! Bekah checked me in at the front counter and was very knowledgeable of the local area. She let me know about all of the hotel amenities and was very helpful! My room was a king size room and was very spacious and had a nice work desk. My bed was comfortable and I appreciated that they had sooo many pillows on it! I love when hotels provide plenty of pillows! Thank you quality inn and Suites ! Appreciate the hospitality.

**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs: Unhygienic Conditions and Dishonest Management** If you value your health and well-being, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this establishment. My recent stay was an absolute nightmare that left me with a foul taste in my mouth. Upon arrival, I was greeted by rude and unhelpful front desk staff. They seemed more interested in gossiping among themselves than attending to my needs. To my horror, I woke up two mornings in a row to find my toilets overflowing with feces. The maintenance worker who came to unclog them left the mess for me to clean up. To make matters worse, he left the used plunger in a filthy bucket in the bathroom, posing a health hazard to my family, including my 1.5-year-old child. Upon checking out, I was shocked to learn that there would be no adjustment in my stay despite the appalling conditions I had endured. When I inquired about this, the manager falsely accused me of stealing three pillows and replacing them with my own. It was evident from the hotel's surveillance footage that we had brought our own bedding, including pillows. Determined to seek justice, I contacted corporate and filed a complaint against the manager. However, the next day, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $45 on my credit card for the alleged stolen pillows. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism of this hotel's staff is beyond belief. They have shown a complete disregard for the health and safety of their guests. I urge potential guests to avoid this establishment at all costs. There are far better options available that will treat you with respect and provide you with a clean and comfortable stay.

Property clean in good repair. But a little dated. Our room had laminar flooring throughout which was both chilly and )sticky). Bed comfortable.

Bekah and Liz were our hosts upon arrival. They both were very welcoming. They shared dining options and things to do while in the area. Location is convenient to the highway. Our room was appointed nicely with big tv, fridge, and microwave. The bed 🛏️ was very comfortable for a good night rest.💤 An indoor pool and hot yummy 😋 breakfast 🥞 made this a comfortable stay. Ooga booga 😎
