GGuest UserThe fern residency is a very well maintained hotel. The rooms are spacious neat and clean, the beds and pillows are very cosy, the toiletries are of good quality (biotique brand, the lobby is grand, the room entrances facing inward towards the open quadrilateral lobby gives a unique look. The food spread is good and tasty.

Only minor concerns was through the have an ample space only missing part was planning the First go should park last. Sometimes it takes a while when we parked at last and security has to call everyone to take vehiele and for to move forward. Otherwise everything was spot with this location and rooms etc..

GGuest UserWe had three rooms and there were 7 of us. The restaurants are very good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very helpful and courteous. They go extra mile to cater to any requirement. Improvement areas the management needs to focus. One room had unclean bedsheets. Tea sachets were out of stock. Manager at reception said hand towels and tea sachets are not issued which was not true at all and the housekeeping person helped with that later.

GGuest UserBathroom is very small. Hot water didn’t come. Looks like many room had this issue. Saw everyone was there at reception to complain. Tap in bathroom keep leaking. Disturbing at night with sound. Night it rained and even though window is closed, water was leaking inside the room through the window. Bathroom mug was broken, but they replaced after complaining. I took room with breakfast and paid approximately 500 inr extra, but they gave option to select poori or masala dosa or set dosa or idly+vada for 2 persons. We have to select one of this and coffee or tea. If you pay, it will cost only 200 inr. Staff are good. They gave room to refresh when we reached early. our stay in spoorti as luxurious even though we paid as food was excellent and room is 5 times bigger than this, only drawback was distance.
