Hotel Sagar Residency

We enjoyed staying at the property. Food and room service could have been better. Cleanliness in the room and overall in the property was taken taken off in a good way. Staff was well dressed and polite.

It's a new property. The entrance was not good.

The room had a majestic view. The staff is very nice and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Satisfied with the amenities provided.

I had a confirmed booking from mm t and then got a call from the hotel saying that its an error and that they have sold the entire property to a marriage party and that i should cancel. When i refused the only option i was given on my insistence was that i would be put by them in an alternative accommodation 3 km further away from where i wanted to be. I also didn't get free breakfast i had paid for. Whose lapse is this?

Very good location. Clean rooms and washrooms. Staff is cooperative. All amenities are available and up to date.

Location is really good. Best place for stay. Staff is very nice and even they call you for the dinner or tea if you miss any of your meal. Good property. Rest all is very good.

We booked a room in hotel sagar residency many days ago but they did not allow us to stay even though we had a confirmed booking and shifted us to a nearby hotel. From outside the hotel was looking good but everything was terrible inside. A bad smell was coming into the room, the floors of the rooms were not clean, etc.

Hand towels, all out etc was not available in the room. Serving in the room was not proper. Hotel should have on kitchen jn same premises.

Good property, decent location and well maintained rooms. A decent stay for work travel.
