The staff is really nice and helpful, especially Ranbir Singh. He was pleasant and a fast server. The food in the restaurant is really good and the rooms look luxurious compared to other hotels I’ve been to in India. Everything is aesthetically pleasing to look at. I also like the inclusion of the library and table tennis room.

I recently stayed at Vesta Bikaner Palace, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and easily approachable. The décor was well-thought-out, and the rooms were impeccably clean. I would like to give a special shoutout for two standout aspects of my stay: The Food: The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It was, without a doubt, one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had. Exceptional Hospitality: On the same day as my stay, it was my daughter's birthday. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Manjeet Ji, who truly stood out. He went out of his way to help us by decorating for the birthday celebration and providing assistance at every step. His professionalism, kindness, and cooperative nature made the day unforgettable. Thanks to the wonderful service, I am eager to return to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend Vesta Bikaner Palace to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

Our one-night stay at Vesta Bikaner Palace in Bikaner was unfortunately far from satisfactory. While the property has potential with its architectural design and spacious grounds, the lack of maintenance and management was glaring. The rooms were a major letdown—small, unclean, and in a dilapidated condition. We had to change rooms twice due to the poor state of cleanliness and functionality, and even the final room was barely acceptable. This significantly impacted our experience. The check-in process was equally frustrating. With only one person managing the front desk during the peak December season, the entire process was chaotic and unprofessional. It was clear that the property was understaffed for the volume of guests. One redeeming aspect was the breakfast, which was decent in variety and taste. The staff we interacted with were helpful and polite, doing their best despite the evident challenges. Overall, while Vesta Bikaner Palace has potential, the poor upkeep and inefficient management make it hard to recommend. With proper attention to cleanliness and staffing, it could be a much better experience, but as it stands, it was a disappointing stay.

Pretty average experience and this place should be avoided. Pretty far from the city center, unkept rooms, average food and average staff. Major overhaul and improvements required across the property, staff and the restaurant. You will get much better places to stay at a much better cost, go for that.

The service was prompt and good. The food was delicious and well served. The waiter Mr.Mandeep Singh Rathore was friendly, efficient, willing to assist and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel to any guest who would like to have a true taste of Rajasthan.

El desayuno lo teníamos incluido pero no pudimos desayunar porque hicimos el check out Temprano, pero nos facilitaron café

Great Hotel - Very bad rooms
The property layout is amazing and the build is fantastic. However the rooms are kept very badly and shabbily. No exhaust in bathrooms. Dull old bad taps. No proper hot water and the paint on room walls full of mould and loose plaster.
The location is amazing but roo s killed the fun
