Horrible place to stay. Dont be fooled by the pictures 1. No heating of ANY kind in any room — you’ll freeze at night 2. Poor breakfast — out in the open — super cold 3. Only the interiors of the royal suite “look” ok. 4. No bathroom amenities. 5. Sluggish staff. Took three calls to just get an extra blanket 6. No hygiene is food handling at breakfast — same hand for paper pen used plates and to make you toast 7. No windows in the room.

My wife & I have been on a customised tour of Maharashtra, Hyderabad & now Rajasthan. Arrived at Hotel Sagar early evening for a one night stay. A warm welcome from Mr Mehboob at f.o desk. We have experienced some good, bad and mediocre rooms during our travel and requested for a comfortable room. Mr Mehboob kindly obliged and upgraded us to a suite that both my wife and I, are truly grateful, expressing our sincere thanks. Upon entering the room, could not believe shear spaciousness with an additional double bed. The room had charm, the bed was very comfy, all toiletries of good quality. The bathroom was also big. Ordered Sagar Special Thaali and it was delicious, more than sufficient for 2 persons. Breakfast was on ground floor in open area as well as in dining hall serving veg/non veg buffet. Masala Dosa & Omelette can be made to order. The staff were very attentive to provide excellent service. From outside the hotel looks like palace and it certainly has charm. Both Mr Mehboob and Mr Tahir during evening made our stay quite memorable and all the service staff were well mannered and assistive.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, and the staff was amicable. Fortunately, we got a room adorned with beautiful bird paintings. The hotel itself is covered in marvelous paintings, and its architecturally aesthetic Rajasthani design creates a great vibe. Loved our stay! Mehboob ji at the reception was friendly, and I also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel's down-to-earth owner. When in Bikaner/Rajasthan, you'll want to stay at a place that resonates with Rajasthani vibes, and this hotel delivers. We're glad to have stayed here. Highly recommended!

A very impressive hotel building. My room was in the annexe and was very spacious and airy. The bed was huge and most comfortable. The room was spotless and the bathroom had everything including toiletries. Breakfast was served in a big open air area in the centre of the main building. The food was excellent quality and served by most attentive staff. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. A super stay with very friendly staff

Comfortable stay with family. Property is located near to almost all historical places. Easy to locate. Amenities are ok like. Room booked was royal suite but refrigerator of room no 209 was not functional and dirty however overall room didn't look like royal suite. Services are good they attended all calls for room service on priority. Need to improve their room ambience according to type of room.
