abbiamo pernottato una unica notte durante un tour del Rajastan. Ci siamo trovati molto bene come camera e bagno , nonostante l’assenza del box doccia e quindi l’inevitabile allagamento di buona parte del pavimento. La colazione è a buffet : sono presenti molti cibi indiani, il pane è quello in cassetta e le marmellate sono quelle confezionate industriali. ma c’è la frutta e buona frittata. Nel complesso, secondo noi è un’ottima soluzione più vicina agli standard occidentali che altrove.

Hotel moyen car bruyant voisins de chambre mal isolée sans compter la circulation chambres équipées comme il faut sauf tv qui ne fonctionnait pas petit déjeuner correct sans plus connexion internet pas possible aux étages à visiter les palais et le fort

the hotel raj haveli Bikaner only this hotel experience is very bad. Hotel Staff is too much argued with customers and not provided proper service. the staff behaviour just like no need to any customer for the hotel. just hotel infrastructure is good but not sufficient only hotel structure it needs good behaviour by hotel staff, needs to improve better service to this hotel. The food quality of this hotel is not good."

Got a smooth check inn. Room was good and clean but they need to work on cleaning of cushion and running they had black spot on it. Overall it was a good experience. Hopefully visiting again.

Front office is very rude. Not a customer friendly hotel. Not recommended. Rooms are reasonable though but very poor service. Not satisfied. Payment demanded before every service and not on checkout. Absolutely not recommended as service needs to improve especially staff behaviour,

Soggiornato per una notte durante un tour in rajasthan. Hotel carino esteticamente con la facciata di una haveli storica, ma l'interno è meno caratteristico, comunque pulito e ben curato. Nei dintorni non c'è un gran che e abbiamo cenato al buffet del ristorante che è stato passabile come la colazione.

Location is odd side of bikaner, services is key concern for customers which is very poor. Even hotel policy is not implemented as per indian customs. They charged for water, dental & savings kits also even customer were suggested to hotel staff that can be added while in booking which is common but there management are not to worried to proper listen, communicate & services.

comme dans la plupart des haveli, le dépaysement est garanti avec cette architecture inimitable En rien comparable avec nos standards europééens, mais c'est bien pour cela que sont les voyages. Tres bel hotel, service et repas impeccables
