I booked through mm t and there was a free room upgrade however the hotel denied despite room availability. Food is of the worst quality. We ordered a snack which was very costly and the taste was terrible. I also got dirty dirty plates and cutlery when i ordered the snack. Better to avoid the hotel and go for another option.

Very bad hotel, ac were not working properly, after complaining, maintenance staff only visited to see the room but nothing happened. Very bad restaurant, rats were moving. Lousy service, for hair oil pouch they took half hour to delivered.

Feedback. 1. Lift doesn't function. One has to either climb six flight of stairs or go around the back to the service lift. 2. The standard room was stinking of stale cigarette smoke. On request to change the room to one with a window, i had to perforce upgrade to deluxe room which only had larger floor area. 3. Overall a feeling of exploitation. 4. Wouldn't recommend to friends.

Staff was good and stay comfortable. Only issue request is to increase the length of the toilet jet spray pipe. 😊 Too short.
