Unmöglich
Ich warne vor dem Zimmer Nr. 6
Der Fahrstuhlschacht ist Bestandteil dieses Zimmers. Es knackt, brummt, rumpelt und rattert jedesmal wenn der Aufzug benützt wird.
Kein Schlaf möglich, erst ab 1:30 Uhr, dann aber auch nur bis 6:30 Uhr.
Ich hatte 2 Nächte gebucht, habe mir für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Hotel genommen.
Wer erstattet mir die Mehrkosten ?

I wouldn’t stay here again
Don’t stay here if you want to sleep! This hotel is extremely loud from the road, the windows are low quality and thin which allow a lot of sound in. Not to mention the walls are also extremely thin and I could hear next doors music and TV all night. The place has no reception and wouldn’t answer the phone so I was kept awake!

Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going on!very pleased with stay.

Accès très facile avec le code. Tout est propre, agencé avec goût et fonctionnel. La literie est très confortable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y reviendrons.

It was a nice hotel and close to transport links such as the buses and metro. It was weird not having anyone to speak to when I needed help on an issue though.

Not a quiet room
The biggest issue was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. Very easy to hear noise from other areas and outside even when using earplugs.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Außerdem sind sie relativ groß und für ein Hostel wirklich sehr gut. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Parkplatzsituation: Es werden kostenfreien Parkplätze beschrieben, jedoch nicht, dass man 4x um den Block fahren kann bis man endlich einen Parkplatz 10 min weg vom Hostel an einer Nebenstraße findet. Das war etwas ärgerlich nach einer bereits 8 stündigen Autofahrt.
