Good friendly service. The breakfast was good and the counter crew helped to book local taxis. Directions and locations of tourist destinations were well briefed by the crew during check in.

Fantastic hotel , spotlessly clean and room cleaned with towels changed although we were only there for 2 nights . Breakfast was Fantastic, a great selection to choose from and ideally located not too far from the town. Staff were also lovely and friendly , very helpful .

They gave us a room for disabled people and we are not disabled, we asked to change but they didn't pay attention. Going to the bathroom like that was very uncomfortable. The wifi worked when it wanted to. For what it cost us, I wouldn't go back.

Good hotel although far from the centre. I didn't like the attitude of the reception staff who always tried to sell me better rooms. Parking is €17 and there is no other option, so keep that in mind.

Very clean, comfortable, and with a nice view. The bar is nice with affordable prices, the breakfast is really great with a wide selection of quality products. Drinks available on arrival and fruit. There is a gym too but we did not see it. The reception room is large and very pretty.

The room is spacious. Because the hotel is at a three-way intersection and the surrounding area is a one-way street, it is better to have a clear sign for the parking lot.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the tourist area, so I thought it might not be suitable for travelers without a guide. But inside the hotel, the entrance is very innovative and nice, Although we can't speak Spanish or English, the staff at the front desk and bar were very nice and made us feel at ease during our stay! The room was very spacious and clean.

The most successful hotel I booked in Spain this time. The rooms are very spacious. There are direct drinking water dispensers on each floor. There are coffee machines in the rooms and capsules are supplied every day. The hotel's service is also very good, and the front desk is very welcoming. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station.

I'm not a high scorer. The main toilet is not very clean and there is a problem with flushing. The first double bed room was not bad, and there was an espresso coffee machine. Later, the double bed room was very small, and the view from the window was poor, and the coffee machine was gone. But the room has some strange smell, I don't like it. Overall is the feeling of a budget hotel, but fortunately the reception is very warm. Also the hair dryer was bad and still broken, but it was delivered immediately after calling.
