Excellent Hotel with fair prices

We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

Although it is a single room, the area is not small. The hotel has a first-class location, right next to the airport bus station, on the small square, and convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to the old town and the museum river. However, although this hotel is a five-star hotel, it does not have a swimming pool. The breakfast is expensive at 26 euros and is relatively simple (by five-star standards).

The noise of the machinery in the room facing the inner patio is very loud, and the soundproofing of the windows is average. The two old boys at the door are definitely five-star style, and they look indifferent, while the young one is quite enthusiastic. If I come to Bilbao again, I will definitely not stay here.

It looks like a historic hotel with a very good location, right in the city center and has its own paid parking lot. The reception staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the service is in place. The room is large, clean and sanitary, but the facilities are a bit outdated. The hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich, but there is a lack of vegetables. I mentioned it to the service staff, and they brought a plate 👍. It was a pleasant stay.
