Everything was perfect, especially considering it was one of the cheapest options available. The hotel offered great value for money, with clean rooms and good service. It is located a little distance from the city centre, bus station, and train station, but it was still manageable and worth it for the price. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it for budget travelers. ⭐👍

Great location, nearby to SanMames stadium, and different streets full of bars with tapas

We were there for one night. The reception lady was not at all friendly. The cards they gave for the room didn’t work and I had to keep going to the reception to change the cards. The room size was good but views were not. Bathroom was very small. Would not recommend for a long stay.

We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. The difference was noticeable in comfort and layout. This is misleading and disappointing. We’ve requested a refund for the price difference but have yet to receive a fair resolution. Would not recommend booking here unless the hotel improves transparency and honors room categories as advertised.

Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

The location is excellent, but the preparation upon arrival could be improved. There was no shower gel; I had to ask for it at reception and put it in the shower myself.

It's located near the San Mamés Stadium, and you can see it from your room. There are lots of pintxos restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel well located next to San Mamés, a 10-minute walk from the entire city center. Good service and a comfortable and spacious room.

Far too much noise caused by the cleaning ladies. My room, 411, was right next to their room and they were not at all respectful, making noise from very early in the morning and throughout the day.

Professional and very friendly service. Excellent location in the center of Bilbao and very close to public transport. I highly recommend this hotel.
