They don t speak English. They dont have baggage storage. They are rood. The check in is 16.00 and they don t give you the code to be in the hostel before 16.00. Careful you are going to stay aout with your staff to wait until 16.00. Also on message they dont let you know that you can t go in the hostel Very disappointed ☹️ I loose one of two days in Bilbao.

there were a few lads in here barking like dogs but it just added to the whole exschperience. left my Athletic Bilbao shorts in here so if you find them let me know. superb location and great craic. 5*

The staff are welcoming and helpful. If there are many of us per room, those with whom we share it respect the privacy and sleep of others. The showers and toilets are very clean. The dining area is carefully arranged so that we can interact with all the customers and staff. Access to Wi-Fi is very practical, especially when, like me, you come from abroad. I had to leave the hostel earlier than planned. The staff offered me a refund for the two nights I didn't spend at the hostel. If this was ultimately not possible, since I made my reservation on Booking, I warmly thank the entire team for the proposal. The only drawback - there is always one - is the absence of sockets in the rooms, near the beds, to charge your mobile phone.
