The luxury bunk beds have in-room lockers and 2 full restrooms. However, there's way too many people shoved in one room and the codes to access the main entrance don't work which is an issue if you arrive late. Also, 5 Euro for a towel/lock? To RENT?

For short stay it would be no problem. They do daily cleaning the spaces. Spacey shared space but kitchen is not enough big. Wifi is a bit slow. In your bed only USB A connector to charge. No plug in.

The only thing is that the Internet does not reach the rooms well.

The facilities are great, the bad thing is that they don't offer you towels.

- The hostel was really nice but… our reservation was for a standard room for 8 people. We were travelling with 7 people so we thought we would be able to sleep in the same room. When we arrived they told us they split the people who reserved the rooms as they like. Resulting in 6 people of our group in the same room and one girl who had to sleep alone in an another room with 7 other random people. We told them and showed them multiple times that according to our reservation (and according to our conformation mail) we reserved a room for 8 people. We also told them that it wasn’t right to advertise the room as if we would be placed in the same chamber and then separate us into a room of 6 and one person who had to sleep alone. The only solution they offered us was putting a separate matras on the floor. So my advise would be: you can absolutely stay in this hostel but keep in mind that there is a big possibility that you will be separated from your traveling buddies without getting an advance notice.

Very good location. Right next to Guggenheim museum and red bridge. Well connected to the airport and Bilbao Internodal via Alameda Recalde ( 2 mins from the hostel). Comfortable beds (female dorm), very quiet room and no noise from outside, decent bathrooms and very clean too , decent sized locker(get your own padlock), very good bar and restaurant attached to the hostel, several bars around the area, nice and friendly staff. Cant get any more than this in a hostel.

Very good location. Airport bus stops 2 blocks away. Close to the Guggenheim and other museums and tourist sites. Great welcome and check in. Basic bed with bedding. Kitchen only has a microwave and fridge – no opportunity to cook. No towels, but lockers available so bring your own lock. It’s comfortable but certainly not premium as the name implies. Room for three correct but very noisy; between two bathrooms of multiple adjoining rooms (Room No. 15) so the toilet and fucha flushes were constant. Loose and noisy single bed (lack of review). Facilities o.k and close to museums and center. Very friendly staff.

Very bad experience. They make you sign the check-in register and retain €10. It turns out that they keep the money if you check out 2 minutes after 11am. People, if you go CHECK OUT 10.55 OR THEY WILL STEAL €10. Furthermore, the Mexican receptionist is rude, disrespectful and raised his voice at me, who is an older woman. Totally not recommended for people over 19 years of age.

We traveled in a large group and everything seemed acceptable until check-out. The day we arrived and checked in they gave us cards for the people in the room, which in our case were 12 but they only gave us 10 cards. We also traveled with more people who stayed in rooms of 14 and who were also only given 13 cards. We notified reception of the ruling at the beginning which stated that there was no problem. Initially they asked us for a deposit of €10 per person who would leave in case there was a problem such as losing the cards and that is why we started by notifying the failure. When it was time to check out and we handed over the 10 cards they had given us, they accused us of having lost 2 cards, thus lying to us. In the end they kept a deposit of €10 and we were left without the money. It is also important to mention that the cards were numbered and that is why it would be very strange to have lost precisely the last two cards. That said, I think the service and organization has to improve a lot because we lost money through no fault of our own.

Everything was acceptable until check out. There were 12 of us in a room and they only gave us 10 keys, saying that was the case, later, at check out, they asked for 12 cards, two more than they had given us. They started saying that “they had forgotten to register”, but that “they were sure they had given us 12”. Conclusion, we lost the deposit money without doing anything wrong. They are very bad character and unprofessional!

Overrated hostel, possibly because it had better days. Good beds in rooms with a tiny private bathroom, shower curtains that hardly fit a person that allow water to escape, poor lighting and, worst of all, no natural ventilation (windows that can only be opened a few centimeters), nor assisted ventilation (air conditioning). practically non-existent) But the main problem is one of the girls at the reception, the manager apparently, arrogant, unfriendly and above all inept for her position. Two of us stayed with a reservation made for both of us and to our surprise when we saw that they assigned us different bunk beds (of the six existing ones) in the same room; I go to reception to see if a change is possible that seems logical to me. Without allowing the other girl I approached to respond, and with very bad manners, the “boss” tells me that the change is impossible… because they are overbooked! AND? Even without understanding it, I resign myself. A few minutes later, two English girls arrive in the room and look surprised to also be separated. All this does not stop here, but during the three days of stay, the other bed of my bunk remains empty, my son's remains empty, and the other two bunk beds are occupied by a single person and the other is empty. Given all this, I wonder: isn't the normal thing to do with a double reservation is to give the same bunk bed as in other hostels? Was the change so complicated? And most importantly, how can someone so unkind and with so few qualities for it be in charge of reception and customer service? To finish: Bilbao has other hostels that, without being “Premium”, are much better than this one.

I order a salmon and seaweed salad. They bring it to me late, without seaweed, and with only three small pieces of marinated salmon. I complain and they tell me that they forgot to tell me that there was no algae. I tell him that I ordered it for the seaweed, that I'm keeping it because I started it, but that I hope they take it into account in the price. Surprise on the bill: the salad costs €18.65 and they tell me that they have deducted "15 cents"!!! . Anyway, without further comments... but I have never paid so much for a salad with so little foundation...
