It was my first time in Bilbao, and this hotel was really unexpected. There is an art gallery next to it, and the whole town is very quiet and full of life. The hotel rooms are well maintained, and the front desk lady is also very nice. Seeing that we rarely come here, she also delayed our check-out for an hour. There are paintings hanging everywhere in the hotel, which is very beautiful. There are also several good-looking restaurants downstairs. I ordered Room Service breakfast, which was also delicious! And it is also very convenient to go to the airport!

The best location of the room is close to the art gallery. The hotel has a unique art style. I like their dry and wet SPA the most. For someone who needs a hotel with SPA wherever he goes, it is the best one.

The best hotel in Bielbach. Although the hotel is relatively ordinary compared to big cities, the service is very good and the location is unbeatable! Opposite is the Guggenheim Museum. A few steps away is another art gallery.

Hotel location is amazing. Terrace bar on level 7 with views of the Guggenheim was wonderful! Going up to the bar and getting some drinks and snacks was really lovely and the staff at the bar, reception and everywhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed the stay! Close to great restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try your best to follow a more Spanish time for lunch and dinner to feel the atmosphere and the culture. Late lunch, late dinner, snacks in between such as pintxos and vermouth at different bars around the area.
