Hotel was in poor condition! Pool and hot tub both out of order! The breakfast area was filthy. No one refilling the food nor wiping counters down, which were filthy from food. No syrup for waffles. No one around to ask for that. We ate fairly early so were surprised to see the lack of food and condition of food area. Trash was full to overflowing onto the floor.

Hotel was nice considering it was under renovation. Customer service was attentive and super nice. Just wished we had known the washer/dryer facility was shut down and that the room I thought I purchased with a full kitchen was actually a room with a mini fridge and microwave.

This place is always a treat to stay at! The service are second to none. Kathy was fantastic to deal with and super friendly. We were traveling with our emotional support animal, and they welcomed us with open arms! They even gave us a little treat bag with goodies for our furry friend. Room was huge and very comfortable. Parking is also great here, lots of room to park and always safe. Highly recommend this hotel if in the Billings area.

This is a beautiful hotel! It looks brand new with modern updated color scheme. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got in at 10 p.m. and were tired after driving over 800 miles that day. Kathy was friendly and checked us in quickly. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was really nice. I have a gluten allergy so I have to be really careful when eating out. The oatmeal was perfect consistancy! They also had an assortment of fresh fruit to make your own fruit bowl. I really appreciated the effort and complimented the girl taking care of our breakfast area. We would stay here again without hesitation. There is a circle K gas station right across the street so it was easy to gas up and get on the road right away in the morning.

Stay was great, breakfast was, too. EXCEPT ask for a room not on the front of the building. The traffic noise was horrific and loud enough that even my white noise machine couldn't override it.
