I loved the cleanliness and it's location where this hotel is allocated in Bintulu town. Not only that, eateries were just nearby. I don't have to worry to hunt for food.

My expectation is high for the hotel because before I decided to book a stay, I was referring to the customers review. The toilet was dirty and I have to clean it before use it. Not just that, the cup they prepared on the tray to make coffee is dirty. The cup are dusty.
