The aircond didn't function at all. Feels so hot and can't sleep the whole night. Due to super exhausted and thought the aircond just slow to feel cold, i was wrong because the aircond automatically off and i believe it was just Fan mode.

Breakfast is ala carte not buffet. But its okay for the price. Not really clean because got some acquired smells. For location is good because a lot of restaurant and store. But not save because too noisy with drunk peoples

The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large shower, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I also loved the attention to detail, such as the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the thoughtful layout that made the room feel both cozy and functional. One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. Everything good except I got the room with no window and the door to toilet have no lock, so when travelling with friends It’s quite uncomfortable when Im using the toilet, everything else good.

This location of this hotel is strategic and easy to find food shop outside of it. Besides, the room and bathroom are also clean.

In overall, location is ok. Right below downstairs there's an eatery. Toilet seems need to have more maintainance as it looks old already. It's ok for just a night sleep. Perhaps can try out some other hotel in bintulu.

WIFI CONNOT CONNECTED AND NO SOLUTION AT THE COUNTER WAITER TOO RUSH AND CANNOT WAIT WHILE WE WANT TO LOOK AT THE MENU AND ORDER (THE REASON: THERE IS ONLY 2 WORKER ON DUTY AS HE MENTIONED ) SO NEED TO BEING FAST (NO THANK YOU AFTER EAT THE BREAKFAST) THANK YOU WIWO HOTEL.

The interior of the room is really classy and modern, the beds are really comfy and the most important thing, the breakfast served tastes good. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. I had a really good stay.

The location is quite strategic, the coffee int he restaurant so sweet, the room not so comfortable, table lamp not function at all, also the lighting at the bed.

The Towel and Bed Sheet was super dirty with stain idk what is it. But it wasn't unwash. The hotel should have changed everything. Hotel room should be repaint, the wall was dirty. Window was dirty everything was off. Luckily we are there for one night only. Wouldn't recommend unless some upgrade was done.

The location is good. There is many food store nearby the hotel.
