Masalah bau rokok. Sedangkan hotel Zon larangan merokok. Receptionist cuma jawab tak tahulah bila dibuat aduan. Karpet ada kesan kotoran. Tilam keras. Sarapan best. Ada lucky draw lagi masa check in. Mohon ambil peduli aduan dan ambil tindakan. Bau rokok sangat tidal menyelesakan. Kalau tiada bau rokok, memang perfect rating.

The room is good but breakfast has to be improved. Not many choices, fried rice and bihun were plain and there was nothing else to eat along with. First day breakfast still have nuggets and sausage but nothing during the second day breakfast.
