Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Für den Preis hätten wir allerdings mehr erwartet. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig und sehr übersichtlich, zum Beispiel normale Leberwurst wurde auf der Karte zu einer Besonderheit gepriesen. Kein Vergleich zu preislich ähnlich gelagerten Hotels, die wir kennen. Das Personal war allerdings sehr nett.

Modernes Hotel mit chicen Zimmern, nach vorne grandiose Aussicht auf die Seebrücke und das Meer, aufmerksamer Service. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes, wenn auch nicht exzellentes Restaurant. Das Hotel ist insgesamt wohltuend wenig piefig.

Architektur und Design in klarer, auf schwarz und weiß reduzierter Ausdrucksform in großartiger Lage. Feines Restaurant mit regional bezogenen Produkten. Ausgesprochen zuvorkommendes Team.

Very modern and in stylish black most of the furniture and shelfs also in the bathroom black tiles, sometimes all a bit dark but looking good. View very beautiful over the sea and seabridge. Otherwise the room was very warm, especially with the morning sun and only curtains to block the light. The bathroom was comfortable with 2 sinks, sep. rainshower and WC but 2 more hooks on the wall would have been useful. That seems always the crux with designed rooms, good looking but not all practical. Must be a nightmare to clean the dark surfaces. There is no coffee-machine nor waterboiler in the room, called "finest sea" with an upper price. The balcony is small with 2 chairs a coffee-table but with a view. The breakfast was included and it is a combination of small buffet and service. The staff was friendly but some seemed to be inexperienced, means some mishaps with the delivery of the desired food. We stayed 5 nights but despite being a smaller hotel, nobody did remember us, the day started always new. There is room to improve but everything has exception so has the service here, especially the room staff was very friendly and good. Some ideas to enhance the nice patio would be good to put it more to life.

Bewusstes Entschleunigen auf der Insel Rügen. Das Personal, vom Empfang bis zum Reinigungspersonal, verdient aufgrund der Freundlichkeit klare 5Sterne. Qualität der Küche ebenfalls 5Sterne. Beispiel. Nachdem ich gestern von einer langen Wanderung wieder im Hotel ankam und in das Kaminzimmer setze, brachte man mir mit enem Lächeln einen Kaffee zum Aufwärmen. Vor allem genauso wie ich ihn mag. Hier achtet man auf Details. Liebes Ceres-Team, danke für diese wunderbaren Tage.

Elegantes Design, eine Lage die besser nicht sein könnte und Bettten, in denen man schläft wie ein Baby. Aber das alles ist nichts wert ohne ein Team, das einem das Gefühl gibt willkommen und zuhause zu sein- und das ist definitiv der Fall. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft noch gelebt! Eine raffinierte und strikt regionale Küche runden den Aufenthalt ab. Das Foto ist vom Balkon aufgenommen und war mein Anblick zum Aufwachen. Ich komme gern wieder.
