I regularly sleep in hotels and no matter the price I always want 3 things. Wifi, airco and parking for free. I booked this hotel since I stared it has airco. Somehow they do not know the difference between airconditioning and central heating. What a waist of money. The room was so small you could not even open your suitecase on the floor. The shower was IN the room next to the bed. The toiletspace was so small you had to walk-in backwards. To get to the hotel, I had to leave my car in front of the gate since it wouldn't open. Had to go inside first, checkin with a machine to get my room and digital key and then with that digital key go back to the gate, type it in, get into my car and only then I could enter the premise. That all while the door next to the fence was missing...great security. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We spent two nights in this hotel and frankly excellent value for money 👌 The ladies at the reception are very friendly. The shower is excellent, with pressure, which is very nice. Perfect breakfast. And the cat who asks for cuddles is so cute. I recommend this hotel.

Hello, I booked and tried to cancel within 5 minutes. One person was outside and couldn't stay out in the cold. I tried to do something but no CB. So it's impossible to contact anyone. The room has never been occupied. No callback following this and no compensation, not even through booking customer service. The only feedback is a comment which will follow this one, since I clearly state my dissatisfaction.

Dirty room. Fortunately the reception staff were able to react by changing our room to a more acceptable one. But the cleaning has been done again.

😃 Minimalist room but quiet and comfortable for a business trip.
🤔 However, a small fridge is missing, especially in the summer.
😒 the breakfast is really not great. This deserves a good orange juice, a real coffee, daily pastries and a little more savory choice.

Visiting BIOT for 3 days and 2 nights, classic hotel but welcoming and smiling reception. Small downside for the lack of staff before 5 p.m. despite a terminal to fill. Easy to find and close to Antibes and Cagnes sur mer, it is a practical location to spend the night and leave fresh in the morning. The room is well soundproofed, no noise from neighbors etc., clean room and shower.
