Hotel facilities were basic, but I knew that when I booked. Location was ideal for what I needed, and the staff were very friendly. I booked for 12 nights, and I found it a little frustrating that I had to request towels to be changed, as they make it clear rooms are not serviced every day for longer term stays. Would have also liked a internatiol razor power point like most hotels have around the world. But I understand this is an English Health and Safety ruling. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The village Hotel in bromborough was massive, great staff and very clean. The bedroom we had was massive and had 2 double beds. Great sized bathroom.. we would definitely stay again

We stayed here overnight before boarding a ferry to Belfast. What an excellent location and the accommodation is superb. Simon & Sue could not do enough for us, they really have thought of everything, such high standards in their beautiful home. We would not stay anywhere else if we are in the area in the future. Simon recommended the nearby Golf Club for our evening meal and it was lovely and within walking distance after our long drive. Breakfast was first class. Thank you.

Our third stay here - it's convenient for visiting family in the Wirral. We like to stay here because it offers good value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately on this stay there was a power cut - not the lodges fault, a nearby pilon had been knocked over. Despite these difficulties the staff were calm and positive, it didn't take long to get a generator to restore light and power. We thought they dealt with it really well. We'll stay again when in the area. Rooms are quiet and spacious, and it's a convenient location for us.
