Travelodge Bromborough

Smelled clean as soon as walked through door. Friendly staff, nothing too much and really clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Checkin was swift and easy with the lovely Dawn who welcomed us warmly and efficiently. We were at a wedding across the road in The Village as the cost was so ridiculously low. It made such sense as thr Travrlodge has everything you need anyway. Was ideally placed for a train into Liverpool city centre and there’s a lovely nature walk at Bromborough Pool. Would highly recommend.

Friendly manager on arrival. A leaky valve on the toilet filling system caused a vibrating noise which kept me awake. It's the 2nd time I've encountered this problem at a Travelodge. The light fittings in the toilet were loose as well. Traffic noise and squeaky upstairs floorboards added to this noise although this died down after midnight. The car park was littered with rubbish, including a dead rat, but this was cleared away by next morning.

The hotel is in a great location. It is always quiet and the rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Lovely kind and friendly staff.

I usually avoid travel lodges but due to location decided to stay at the Bromborough Travelodge for one night. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quiet. Great that you could open the window. Very pleasantly surprised.

Just like to say how friendly and efficient Hannah the receptionist was .Very good at her job. Room was clean and tidy nice to have a fan going in the room ad it was a very hot day .Bed is comfortable. Could have done with more teabags in the room but plenty on the counter .

This is a well located hotel with good parking in a great position . It’s made outstanding by its reception staff who go out if the way to make guests feel welcome

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. It is close to lots of amenities and there are good transport links and a good sized car park. We only stayed there one night and the tv was very small which wasn’t great but if you’re staying to use it to go to the local amenities then it is very good location.

Me and my family very recently stayed at the Bromborough Travelodge. We pre booked a family room for 3 adults and when we arrived everything seemed to be very good at the beginning - we checked in with the lady on reception who seemed pretty friendly. So we entered the room and I thought it was just a double bed and I was looking for the extra bed and I couldn't see it - I entered the room more and realised that there was a mattress and a pillow just placed on the floor with no bed frame - I was very disappointed with this - this is far below the standard I expect from Travelodge - usually when we stay in a Travelodge for a family room we get a proper bed - I think I only had around 4 hours sleep that night. We also found out that the sink was spewing out water in other places than it should do - I mentioned this to the receptionist and she said they could not do anything until the day after. My father also noticed that the table in the room had some veneer missing from it. During our stay - I asked the lady on the receptionist if I could buy a breakfast box - I have special dietary requirements and can only eat certain things - I had to wait over two hours to finally get a breakfast box. I cannot recommend a family room at this hotel. The positives is that the car park is free parking and there is a few places to get food and snacks across the road - Starbucks and a bar and restaurant/hotel. There is also a retail park a short drive away.
