Would not stay here again. Made a last minute reservation and booked a room in the afternoon for a late night check in.
Was changed rooms to a 2 bed with a broken bed next to the one I could sleep in. Mould in the corner and the lightbulbs in the bathroom didn’t turn on. How is anyone supposed to get ready in the dark? This is hazardous.
Concierge was some what nice but with no mention of the state of the room it ruined the experience.
The only decent thing is that it is a close enough drive to Birmingham new street. There are amenities such as free coffee and tea and towels provided however nothing felt clean with the state of the room and I could not make use of the towels as I cannot shower in the dark.
Quite disappointed as I have paid a lot less for a lot better.

It was a horrible place. The walls were snap dirty and duty. The door was faulty. The bathroom and sink was broken and terrible sight. The whole building looks like a run down as some party are uncompleted and abandoned. Thank you

The front and rear doors didn't lock, so I didn't feel truly safe. My curtains didn't fully close and being on the ground floor I was uncomfortable folk might look in. I think the water pipes needed purging as they knocked all night. Thee whole place was in poor repair overall, room showed signs of previous damp and bathroom uninviting. Very noisy people in next rooms. Not impressed overall.

Terrible experience, dirtiest place I have ever lived, bathrooms of most of the rooms they offered me were out of order. Drains chocked. Pathetic service, dirty kitchen and pots.
