The front desk helped me pay on card for early check-in when I only had cash! The room was comfortable enough, but I didn’t realize until after the first night that the room did not have aircon. One odd thing, the body wash was setup next to the sink instead of in the shower haha. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay!

The hotel is perfect for tourists who want to transfer from Birmingham to another city. All equipment is perfect and advanced and the cost is reasonable. HOWEVER, the female receptionist is very rude and irritable, when I checked in with her, there’s the same name as me booked this hotel and I just double checked the days and whether I booked the breakfast or not she showed her impatience and rudeness.

First time staying at a B&B and it was a great experience! The train station is close by, as is the city center, and the surrounding area is really convenient. Especially handy for Moor Street Station, where you can catch the train to Shakespeare's birthplace – don't go to the wrong one! The large shopping mall has a fantastic design too! Great value for money, and it's a pet-friendly hotel too! The fee for two dogs was very reasonable. The location in the city center is super convenient, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent, which is a big plus. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't effective enough during the 30+ degree weather; the room felt really stuffy and hot. Other than that, everything else was fine.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
It was around 35°C outside when we arrived, so having a working air conditioner was essential. Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not work at all. The room was incredibly hot and humid, making it very uncomfortable. Even late at night, when the outdoor temperature had dropped to around 26°C, the room was still 27.5°C.
We reported the issue to the front desk, but they were unable to offer any solution or assistance. No room change, no repair, and no meaningful compensation were provided.
As a result, we barely slept the entire night. The only way to cool down was by taking repeated cold showers throughout the night, which completely ruined our stay.
This was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service from the hotel. I would not recommend staying here, especially during the summer if the air conditioning cannot be relied upon.

The location and the room are good. Also it has the good night view. But the air conditioner was not work and we feel hot when we slept.

I was there for a work trip. The shower floods the toilet every time i took a bath. No room service to change the towels despite informing the receptionists. Breakfast was okay.
