Hotel was in right location for my trip and staff was very helpful at all times and also book taxi for us which was no trouble to them . I will be booking this hotel next time we go to Birmingham.

Stayed for the night and slept like a log !! Beds really comfy and the best thing was the breakfast. Served from 7 - 10, so when I wnt down at 9 wasn't sure what to expect, maybe just toast? The cooked bnreakfast was actually HOT !!!. So meny time you get to the buffet breakfast and it's warm which is a deffo NO NO, but to have a HOT breakfast was brilliant. Set me up for the day. Thanks

Good value accommodation on south side of Brum. DC rapid EV charger round the back. Sainsbury's across the road. What's not to like?

We enjoyed our break the hotel was close to our son’s home. So we were able to quickly meet up and enjoy our days out. The hotel was pleasant, the room clean and the staff very helpful.

Stay was made worse by receiving a Parking Control Notice for parking at the hotel. In spite of registering upon arrival. Contacted the hotel to be told there were even staff who were receiving PCN’s. Advised to appeal and even sent the invoice. Appeal turned down as supposedly breached the parking rules. Yet followed the directions of the Travelodge Staff upon booking in by registration via the terminal at the desk. This seems to be a rip off made worse as we displayed the disabled blue badge during our stay.

The Travelodge is well situated for a meeting tomorrow. Plenty of space in the car park. Very warm and friendly welcome from Sophie at reception. Room is spacious clean and comfortable. Staff members Sophie and John were very helpful about the area and very friendly and approachable serving at the bar. Would recommend the hotel if you are in this area.

Accommodation is basic, but the room is very clean, the bed and pillow very comfortable. Conveniently situated on the south of Birmingham. There is a good, frequent bus service into the city centre, which leaves from just across the road.
