Didn’t enjoy the breakfast the eggs wasn’t that good and the bacon was too tough for my liking and also my keys were giving trouble on the second day. But everything else was fine

Unfortunately not very clean. No glasses or cups in our room and made us pay for water. Probably the most bar minimal effort travelodge I have stayed in. See why it is 2 stars.

The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

The rooms here are extremely clean and tidy. Had the Burger and Chips in the on site restaurant. Burger was delicious, Chips not so great, I think that is the supplier of them rather than the chef to be fair however, the sticky toffee pudding for dessert was absolutely amazing and tasted like homemade 😋 Will stay here again if I am in the area.

Super comfortable bed, clean room and hot shower. Plentiful and delicious food in the BarCafe and lovely friendly service from Mikey and Pat. This hotel is my go-to on my regular trips to Birmingham and it’s always a pleasure to walk through the door.

10/10 Claire was amazing Would come back here simply for her. Accommodated our needs & even the children’s my kids loved her Very clean and quiet perfect for families will definitely be returning Room prices really good also. And the rooms huge and spacious

Checking in process was smooth and easy , great parking right outside hotel. Bed was lovely and comfy, room was clean and tidy with all appliances needed. all staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Good prices! Will be using again ☺️

Decent hotel. The only downside is the lack of plug sockets in the room. Other than that room were perfect size spacious but not massive. Bed was brilliant size for 2 people and I love that the rooms have heaters not the air con which never really get the room get warm enough. I was warm all night which was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Pat did a great job with our meal. Everything was hot and tasty. Pat and Mikey are very professional and friendly and make a great team. Hotel was basic but clean and tidy. Parking isn't the best and very expensive which did unfortunately affect the experience.

Clare the manager was so helpful in sorting out all are needs.room change to a family room . So clean . Was ready for an early check in as well . Such a good weekend as well. Xmas market . Kasabian loads of drinks family and friends . Just bit of a wall to the train station.

We stayed just one day in Birmingham, the hotel is in a good position, you can easily walk everywhere. The room was big (we were 3), clean and equipped with kettle to make yourself a tea (no coffe). We borrowed hairdryer at the reception, and we also ask advice to go to the airport and staff was really nice and helpful

Great value for money and would 100% return. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, Katie at Reception was very helpful when we requested a quiet room and the housekeeper we met was lovely, but all staff had a smile. The room was clean and very comfortable, if I had to be really picky (and I mean picky!) there isn’t a great deal of storage for clothes but absolutely fine for a couple of nights. The icing on the cake was we were on the 6th floor on bonfire night weekend and we could watch loads of firework displays going off along the horizon, I counted 9 at one point! Amazing:). Amenities right there, Tesco next door, plenty of takeaways just round the corner and plenty of places to eat and drink. If you want value for money, great central location and comfortable stay you would be bonkers not to give it a go. A++++++
