Have best time here in Birmingham, the staff is helpful and friendly, all amenities here is clean and gym is provided as well, have a typical English breakfast here as well. The supermarket is also just beside here. Everything seems so perfect!

The hotel is a bit old, and the breakfast selection is very limited. You can't smoke inside the hotel, and there's no sheltered spot downstairs to smoke out of the rain.

The rooms are spacious and bright. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the beer at the restaurant was delicious. We also found the meal portions to be very generous. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk to the lively downtown area, and public transport access is easy. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very tidy room and bath room snd I had a great sleep! However, the toilet light switch in my room was VERY dirty, I had to place a tissue over it, each time I used it. Houekeeping need to do some cleaning/sanitisation such things that are less obvious, but have high touch... like light switches and door knobs especiallly - they really matter.

Excellent, truly excellent! The hotel discovered it was our graduation trip and immediately upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. They also provided a welcome amenity! The room itself was fantastic, absolutely no complaints. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham!
