Strategic location, walkable distance to bull ring. Very quiet street, car park below hotel, very convenient. Breakfast wise no surprise, standard English breakfast. Comfy bed and pillow, decent room.

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre and were really impressed from start to finish ⭐. The location could not be more convenient 📍. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from New Street Station, the Bullring shopping centre, The Mailbox, and plenty of restaurants and bars. It made getting around Birmingham incredibly easy and meant we could make the most of our time without worrying about transport 🚆🛍️.
Our room was spotlessly clean 🧼 and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable 🛏️, the décor was modern, and the facilities in the room, including tea and coffee ☕, a safe, and toiletries, were all of good quality. We also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel welcoming and practical for both business and leisure travellers.
The hotel amenities were excellent. We made use of the bar and lounge area 🍹, which had a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Breakfast was a real highlight 🍳🥐, fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Everything was well stocked even during busy times, and staff were attentive without being intrusive 😊.
Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, clean and well equipped rooms, good amenities, and an outstanding breakfast makes this hotel a great choice for a visit to Birmingham 🌆. We would be very happy to stay here again and can confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the city 👍

Service was excellent. Came here as it was my birthday and wanted to party in Birmingham. Lady on the desk always greeted me and my friend with a smile and she was so lovely. Was given complementary drinks for my birthday too, unfortunately never got to have them but thank you very much for those. Had a lovely birthday weekend ❤️

1. In the outdoor smoking area, some non-hotel guests will ask you for cigarettes and they are very rude
2. Yesterday at 00:30, the fire alarms on all floors suddenly went off. They stopped at 01:00, but no hotel staff came to tell us what happened

Not the best check in, I booked through Trip as I have before and then had to argue on check in that my cost was incorrect and should have been £20 less the guy on reception said he would sort it then on check out it still hadn’t been resolved and had to argue the toss again. Please make sure that the hotel know how much you have sold the room for.
