Good location, road works made it longer to get around. Had to go to reception to get amenities they don’t deliver to room. Food was good

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Trip.com. We specifically booked a holiday for our kids, taking into account our child's love for swimming. Prior to making the reservation, we diligently checked the amenities listed, which clearly mentioned an indoor swimming pool. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the hotel not only lacked an indoor swimming pool, but the manager and staff denied its existence altogether. I am deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, unsure whether it was the hotel management or Trip.com that misled us. This misinformation ruined our entire trip, leaving us utterly dissatisfied. I am thoroughly displeased with Trip.com's services and the lack of accuracy in the information provided.

The location of the hotel is not the best. Our room was clean & staff was Amazing! Breakfast was lovely.

It was a wonderful experience in Holiday Inn Express Star City to us. First of all, we made a mistake to check-in in the Holiday Inn Express in the city centre after a long drive in London. Then we drove to the correct one. We were greeted with a big smile when we entered the lobby. We were introduced about the nearby supermarket and so on. During our stay, all the staff smiled and greeted us politely and made us welcomed. The room was tidy and spacious. The design was suitable for people with a wheelchair. The buffet breakfast included different varieties. I liked the fruits, bread and yoghurt best. On the whole, this hotel is highly recommended to visitors with or without cars.

Good hotel, location is good, free parking and the staff was friendly. I would book it again on my next visit

Overall stay was good. Nothing much to complaint given the price is reasonable.
