Stayed end of July 2026. Location was perfect for wondering around Birmingham. There was a Sainsbury, Tesco, Boots, Cafe shop all within a 5-10min walk! The service was super fast and lovely when we checked in. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only down side is that the hotel does not offer free parking, but there is a car park just round the corner that costs £25 a day. The hotel room was as squeaky clean. Watched lots on the telly in the evening - wasn't too much selection to watch. Didn't fancy any food from the hotel so got an Uber take out (definitely recommend Miss Korea if you fancy korean food). The bar in the hotel has had amazing service and attention to detail. My friend was poorly so I had asked for some lemon water, and the gentleman behind the bar asked if I wanted honey with that too - the attention to detail is cheff kiss! I did order myself 1 cocktail and it was super yummy! Had breakfast in the morning at the accommodation for £13pp and it was super lovely (it was buffet style with a huge selection! There were classic fry up, pastries, bread, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, waffle making station, and someone to make you an omelette too!). Definitely recommend if you're looking to stay in the area! It is a much nicer hotel!

Stayed here a few times and always be great. Bar staff are really friendly and helpful! Only bad point was the aircon not working during the hot weather. Was like a sauna in the room. Will stay again but when the weather is cooler

Excellent location for Symphony Hall. Friendly check-in experience, although when we left there was no enquiry as to whether all had been well with our stay. Room had all we needed but unfortunately the bathroom was very chilly. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We have stayed here before and will do so again when visiting Symphony Hall.
