Great location and the pub is next to the hotel for great food. Useful if you are a vendor for NEC and need a good place that isn’t too far away.
The bedroom is clean however the flush didn’t work.
Lovely staff at the check in.
Will come again next September 2026

The staff were excellent, they were all helpful and friendly. the breakfast was amazing, they kept refilling the foods and tidied up the tables. The parking was a bit expensive, but we were happy with the stay.

We had a comfortable stay, enjoyed the breakfast and the area of the hotel is a nice location. The ambience when you enter the reception area was very inviting and cosy. Pleasant staff too.

Your momentary understanding of service is literally disappointed one for me. I know I made reservation to that place but as soon as I realized, wanted to change the location of hotel but despite waiting for any reply for almost 3 hour, your customer services could not make it. The hotel was avarege. Location is below avarege. That is my mistake. I am aware of it but still expected better service from you, guys. But no worries.

We recently booked 2 rooms. We had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn NEC Birm, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Very nice hotel close to the Airport and Train Station (about ~ 30 minutes walk).
The rooms are spacious, the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was the highlight. So much to choose from (full English buffet style or something sweet or healthy).
Would stay again 🙂
