Cleanliness can be improved as there are stains on bedsheets. Computer system does not seem updated as I was asked to make payment again. I have to contact Trip.com customer service and luckily this was sorted in 30 mins.

Location of this hotel is very convenient a 4 mins walk from Snow Hill station. But the overall cleanliness and quality of like the toilet, doors and bed could be better as they were broken.

hotel was amazing, had a bit of an issue finding my second booking but got it sorted and was so attentive and helpful.

Great place the kids loved it,, breakfast was good though the spread was limited. walking distance to the train station.

Generally good for short trip over the weekend, great location with access to public parking and car parks. However the lift wasn’t working properly leading to delays. In room facilities get dated and so can tailor just basic needs, cleanliness just ok barely borderline 3 stars. Staffs are friendly and helpful, many staffs at the canteen during breakfast times, responsive and friendly. Passed for the money spent increasing overall cleanliness and better quality towels etc. would help increase rating.

No fridge in room; toilet roll paper hanger damaged, shower glass shelves also damaged. Location is convenience and staff are nice. Parking fee is GBP20 per day

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.

Overall a very nice hotel. Great location, clean, and helpful staff. Complimentary toiletries (collected from reception) were a great help. WiFi wasn't working properly for a few hours is my only issue I had. Bathroom was amazing, nice big shower!

Average breakfast, not for family, i can not recommend it to a healthy minded family with kids

Clean and quite considering city centre location, had a room on the 17th floor and view was spot on. Not stayed at a hotel that needed door staff on a Thursday before though.

Breakfast service always poor here and grubby areas with people touching food without tongs. Food is not replenished and staff during breakfast area are rude..had to complain upon check out They need to learn breakfast service at the one by new street station! Security lock was broken on the door and a lady at check-in had urinated and stank so bad I felt so sick! Ruined whole experience

Hotel room was spacious with great bathroom TV and coffee station, great location, lovely staff, easy checkout and check in. Breakfast was nice for what it was but more options for people who don't eat bacon or eggs would be good, however overall great hotel and stay, thank you!

Excellent location. Clean room Comfy bed. Dont ask for high floor as lift takes forever. Breakfast too busy and u derstaffed on a Sunday Morning
