Lovely hotel, close to Black Sabbath Bridge! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Only down side was the lifts, only 3 in use for so many floors, waited 15 mins to get down to check out, ended up using the stairs.

The room felt like it had a superficial facelift; it's an old building trying to look new. The location is very central, and parking on the street next to the hotel is free at night, but the hotel's own parking is overpriced. It's a basic breakfast, and there was no air conditioning during the hottest days. The lifts are old and take a long time to arrive. However, for Birmingham, it's actually quite decent. There are a lot of UK business travelers. It's close to The Rep theatre.

The stay was overall a wonderful stay and I always choose Leonardo Royal. Hotel room was spacious, although the team did not refill our soap dispensers so we only had shampoo to tide us through. However, isolated incident, and I do always recommend this hotel.

Quite good! We had a stay in this hotel due to the strike of the heat wave 😅 honestly, the air conditioning in the room was nice (thankfully). And room service is also a solid good! Recommend this.

So convenient for everything!
We had an earlier check in than we expected. Met friends at Brindley place and enjoyed a weekend with friends. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety, friendly staff and options for all diets.
Parking was super close and relatively good value considering the location.
Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with White Company goods.
No noise from neighbours so all in all a really good choice.

Great location for central Birmingham. Friendly staff. The shower in the bathroom is outstanding ,rainshower head. Bed very comfortable ,great nights sleep. Very happy customer.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Me and my daughter booked this hotel to see Louis Tomlinson at the Utilita. It was perfect location. 10 minutes from the train station, 5-10 minutes from the arena. There is also a lot of night life so we managed to find a nice place just across the road to have some food and drinks. The room was lovely too! We had two double beds so we managed to sleep very well after the concert! Will definitely stay again if we have another trip to Birmingham!

Amazing hotel
So clean and tidy, expensive and nice seating and bar
Free Prosecco and macron on entry
Staff are so polite and friendly, helpful and kind
Big spacious rooms- we had a 2 double bed room for £90 with free coffee,bottled water, tea and also cakes with a fridge

The location was perfect within walking distance from New Street Station, Sea life centre, Lego Discovery centre, Art gallery and museum. The check-in staff was super nice and friendly, we arrived earlier but they were happy for us to check in as our room was ready. The room was clean.
