Friendly staff with clean rooms.The kitchenette was good together with a fridge and a washing machine. It took 15 minutes walk to the Birmingham New Street Train Station with up and downs along the road. However the hotel was located near the canal and the Central library. Restaurants and bars were easily found close to the hotel. Recommended when the budget is your concern.

We stayed here for a business trip, and it was satisfactory. The check-in process was fast, and the staff was welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, perfect for two people. The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest stations. Overall, a decent choice for business travelers.

Hotel staff is very helpful, they helped extend my room stay and didn’t require changing another room even I book different room type for my stays. Room size and kitchen equipment is reasonable
