Stayed here while seeing a game in Villa Park. Loved our stay. Paul, Michelle, Tony, Stacy and family were so lovely. From start to finish they were so welcoming and helpful. Was offered tea and coffee on the house when we first arrived, had a lovely breakfast in the morning starting with cereal then whatever we wanted off the menu followed by tea and coffee. The shower is great and the room facilities were brilliant with a great selection of tea etc in the room. We were able to keep stuff there after checkout while we went about our day. Came back before the game and was given free entry on game day and a bowl of food each and came back after before leaving Birmingham. From start to finish the stay was great, Paul and his family are lovely and we wanted for nothing. As well as this the hotel is a 2 min walk from Villa Park, about 7 mins from the local Tesco, 30 mins to Star City and 5 and 10 mins from the 2 local train stations. Excited for our next stay.
