Great 2 days here with the family to go see Aston Villa. 5 mins in uber to the stadium. Same to the train station after. Didn’t eat breakfast there just coffee which was nice and bar nice and chilled out.
Rooms big and beds really comfortable.

Loved the fun atmosphere of this hotel. Front of house was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous, and the lounge was lively. I would book again!

I booked a stay and unfortunately couldn’t make it due to illness, I contacted trip.com explained my situation, to change the date of the booking for me and instead of understanding my case,they went ahead and kept the and no one used it!!
All I requested for was a change in date so I can recover from the illness and use what I paid for. I am highly disappointed. And if nothing is done about this,it will be a huge disappointment

Stink found inside the bathroom to be improved. Lifts were out of service during the occupation.

Awful service and restaurant food horrible - ordered katsu chicken and fish and chips. The rice was crunchy and hard like eating Rice Krispies, sauce for katsu was lumpy and mushy peas with fish and chips was dried peas that had been lumped together. We went near closing time so think we had the last of the dried leftovers!
Went to celebrate birthday and left a note and reception hadn't even acknowledged the note I left! Also went for a shower and there was no shampoo left in bottle and was abit late to ask while I was in the shower. For a Marriott brand - this was below par. Probably get much better service from the local Travelodge.
