The hotel is close to lots of eateries. A fun part of town to walk around. The hotel room was very clean. Unfortunately, the bed was rock hard. I woke up in pain from having slept on it.

What a beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. This was our first time staying and we will definitely be back.

The room is newly renovated and we feel comfortable to stay. Breakfast is semi-buffet but food is brilliant especially the waffle. The only drawback is hotel doesn’t have their own parking facility.

I cannot daily this hotel in any way. I did not want to write a positive review because I don’t want it to get popular then I won’t get a room! Everything from start to finish.

British style hotel, the only five-star hotel in Birmingham, is located in the city center, near the Bull Street subway station. The environment is good.

The room is spacious, newly decorated, in good sanitary condition, the floor height is comfortable, and the bed including bedding is good. The overall hotel environment is elegant, and the traditional breakfast is not many but exquisite. There is nothing wrong with it except that the parking distance is a little far. The Birmingham Grand Hotel is a little far from the train station on foot. The room bathroom is spacious, the shower water is big, the bedding is clean and tidy, the room is quiet and comfortable, and it is in sharp contrast to the environment in the center of Birmingham. It is the most worthwhile hotel to stay in Birmingham.

It is next to a small park and close to the central commercial street. There are restaurants and dance floors downstairs, which are a bit noisy at night. The most satisfactory hotel for the UK trip, with a very high cost performance. The hotels in the Lake District that cost more than 2,000 per night are not as good as this one. A century-old hotel, renovated and relatively new. 200 meters from Birmingham New Street Railway Station, you can only enter the station 20 minutes in advance by train. 5 minutes walk to Victoria Square, +3 minutes to the library. 7 minutes walk to Chinatown. The hotel's breakfast is semi-buffet, bread, fruit and drinks are self-service, meat and eggs are a la carte, called staple food, each person can only order one staple food, the cost performance is not high.

The hotel is good, the location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the environment is very good, the service is also very good,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
