Good location. It's just next to the train station and close to shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

The transportation is convenient. It is very suitable for business trips. It saves a lot of time and can rest. There are also many places to eat around. It is convenient.

There is no mini fridge in the room, no slippers. So I bought sandwiches, cheesecakes, and milk drinks without refrigerators. Moreover, my room has to be connected to the next room, and I heard the sun when talking about the next room, which is extremely disgusting and unsafe. The front desk clerk saw that it was Hong Kong, China, and the room was on the first floor. As soon as Zhong Yao stepped out of the lift, it was my room. Are you noisy? Of course, the reason why they are in the same breath is on the third floor (the ghost woman I used to let her live on the third floor).  There is only one advantage for the whole hotel: 1-minute walk to the train station on line 1/F.  If I am not on a business trip, I will definitely not stay in this hotel. It is really because of the convenience, and it costs HK900 without breakfast, which is too unbearable. It is comparable to the one at Heathrow Airport T4, but the disadvantage is that it is farther away.

The location is near the train station, very convenient, the room is very clean, unexpectedly good, recommended; in addition, there are many shopping malls and restaurants near the location, which is really convenient and the price is reasonable

Enjoyed our stay. Tyrese was very welcoming and helped us settle in very well! We had lots of equipment to move and he showed us in the right direction. Also required help in terms of where to get taxis from and what area we will be working in distance wise from the hotel. Was very helpful!

Great location. Friendly staff and room was clean. However there was a horrible smell in the room coming from the bathroom. Smelled off blocked drains. They were unable to find us another room. Was offered a few free drinks at the bar. Staff did try their best to mask the smell.

Excellent cleanliness and very friendly staff. Security was good and all was as I expected from the chain.

Stayed for one night for work and was pleasantly surprised. A tad hard to find from the station as so many exits but once I had it was easy to navigate. Good check in. Asked for a quiet room and was on the 6th floor which was very quiet. The room was large and spacious with good facilities. I couldn’t get the waterfall shower to work but not a massive issue as it had a standard shower too.

Stayed here on a family theatre trip and found it to be a great central location. Rooms were a good size and clean with comfortable beds. We had a full breakfast and it was a bonus that the kids could eat free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Having been at the NEC for an event, it was great to stay here which was less than half the cost of accommodation options at the NEC site. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
