Well presented small room at the back of the hotel with a view of the hospital, clean and comfortable. The checking staff is very helpful. No issues with this place . The lake is beautiful to walk around

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The lake view outside the window is really beautiful
The water pressure is sufficient and the hot water is hot enough
The accommodation will only be cleaned if it lasts for more than 7 days. There are two of us, and we are given one small can each of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
If you still need it, you can buy it at the counter.
When checking out, you must sort out the garbage yourself and take it to the garbage hole next to the elevator to throw it away.
I didn't hear the sound from the next room in the room, but the sound from the corridor was very clear.
The bed is very comfortable, the sofa is also very comfortable, and the living room space is sufficient

I book for 1 bedroom and nice view on the terrace but they give us 2 bdrm and it was ground floor :( not happy at all…

We stayed in this apartment hotel for one night and it was really nice. Booked through Trip.com, 2 bedrooms apartments with two toilets with a decent kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, oven and dishwasher. The apartment also has washing machine and dryer. Really nice to stay with amazing river view on the balcony. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Car park space was also included. Will come back to this hotel next time.
However this hotel doesn’t supply any free slippers and teeth brushes.

The accommodation was perfect for location if you don't want to be in hustle and bustle of the Sunshine Coast but still close enough. The the staff are amazing and so friendly from the front counter ladies to the cleaners.
The view of the lake is gorgeous, the balcony is the perfect place to watch both the sunrise and moonrise

Extremely restricted body corporate rules that was not listed on information when booked. Information was was given only when we checked in. Very deceiving! Would not book there again
