The location is the best as it is in the center. Gulnura at the reception is very helpful. She assisted from the arrival until departure. The lady from the morning duty also. The room is good for the short trip. They are providing the amenities. Supermarket and restaurant walking distance only.

This place is very hygenic and in the middle of the busy city so its good to walk everywhere and the room are pretty good so is the breakfast i am thank full to be on thid hotel Guys book here for short or long term We booked here 7 nights 8 days

The hotel desk is friendly. Communication at desk is difficult with English language. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillow. Hot shower/tub (wait 3 minutes). Very poor air conditioning in several guest rooms. Has small 24” TV, no fridge. No bed reading lights, has 2 ceiling pot lights. Has elevator. Poor breakfast. Hotel located 10 min walk to pub and a few restaurants. 25 mins walk to center

The hotel does not meet simple quality standards: there are no simple amenities, everything in the bathroom and room falls off the walls, peels off, there is no internal telephone inside the rooms. Poor non-professional hotel service. The hotel definitely does not meet it's "ShahPalace" title. I do not recommend. Отель не соответствует простым стандартам качества: нет простых удобств в ванной и в номере -- все отваливается/отклеивается со стен, внутри номеров нет внутреннего телефона.Непрофессиональный гостиничный сервис. Отель определенно не соответствует своему названию "ShahPalace" и абсолютно не соответствует оценке в TripAdvisor 8.3.
