It was very nice. It was clean and the facilities were good. I think I will stay there again next time. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything is great, clean, quiet, cultured!

The room is the best in Kyrgyzstan. There are not many rooms. It is quiet. Downstairs is the Central Park, which is convenient for walking.

Everything is cool, but water 0.3 costs $6 :) solve this.

The room was nice and the service was great

I stayed here for two nights and only had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door one afternoon. As the most expensive hotel in Bishkek, the room was not cleaned once in two days. Even when the toothpaste, toothbrush, towel and mineral water run out, you have to call and urge them to be delivered by a special person. It is far worse than Sheraton and Hyatt in the same city. (I also stayed in both of them for two nights) When I checked out, I went to the front desk to complain, but no one said "I'm sorry". This management is really fucked to the extreme!

I do not advise those who are on business trips to live in this hotel. Stopped there several times. There is no soundproofing at all and half of the residents were celebrating something all the time all night. Security when contacting her behaved inadequately. Since I travel often, I'll probably have to live somewhere else. The app rating for this hotel is inflated.

First class locally owned facility. The entire staff were very welcoming and helpful at every opportunity. Elegant wood finishes abound. Room itself is quite spacious and bed is super comfortable (especially after s long flight. Good TV. Reasonable fining choices as well. Very good location. Very reasonable prices.

I stayed at Orion Hotel Bishkek recently, and it was such a great experience! The hotel is very beautiful, and you can see they used very good materials. The floors are shiny marble, and the rooms have nice wooden details that make everything feel cozy but also very high class. The location is also perfect. It is in the center of Bishkek, so it was very easy for me to go to different places in the city. Shops, restaurants, and parks are all close by, which was very convenient. What I loved most was the staff. They are always smiling and so friendly. Even if I needed something small, they were happy to help me. It made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The only thing that was not so good is the parking. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking spaces, so I had to find a place on the street nearby. It was a little bit difficult, but it was okay in the end. Overall, I think Orion Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing time in Bishkek. Just be ready to think about parking if you come with a car!

I have stayed here in November for a business trip lasting a few weeks. The hotel is very comfortable and in a great location with easy access to all important places in Bishkek and most importantly easy to reach even in rush hour. the cleanliness is great, the staff is very friendly and remembers my small requests. I have only had the breakfast buffet a few times, but it was always nice, fresh and clean. the gym is very well equipped with modern and up-to-date equipment and never busy. The hotel has a nice, large indoor pool and sauna (a pitty that the jakkuzzi didnt work). I have not tried the massages but my co-travellers liked it very much. The hotel is a non smoking hotel which is great.

Best exquisite place in Bishkek to stay. Perfect hotel, great breakfasts, nice swimming pool, quiet and safe neighbourhood.
