Hotel was good, good location for where I needed to go, first time stay at Tru and boy what a disappointment. Go downstairs for breakfast and asked staff who was laid back on sofa, where are the eggs? She replied in a not so friendly way there are no eggs today, no explanation no nothing. Last time I will stay at this chain, all hotels in area serve breakfast with eggs, if it is an order issue the manager should be reprimanded, if a staff didn't feel like making eggs issue the manager should address it. I thought I went to a third tier chain motel!

The floors in our room were dirty. We had to call down for new sheets for the bed because they were not clean. Under the mattress was floss and tissue paper. The lady at the desk was nice enough but not apologetic at all. I've stay at Hiltons all over the world, this one did not live up to the name.

This hotel is not for business travelers. There’s no work space, no closet juts hooks for your dress clothes. The lighting is bad and kids running down the halls. Maybe good for families but I would avoid if you expect to do any work or get good sleep!

We looked online and also called before we showed up. We were told the pool was a heated pool (literally the only reason we came) but after quickly changing and going down stairs to the pool, found out it was not heated at all and even though inside was cold, like being outside. The front desk girl was rude as well. NOT happy, and will not be returning.

There were a lot of families here with kids running around, the pool was in full use but it was still fairly quiet - a few kids running up and down the halls but not bad room noise. Had an odd experience with smells. Came back after a day away and our room smelled like someone had a toxic experience in the bathroom. Took a long time to air out. Then in the middle of the night I woke up smelling cigarette smoke. I think the ventilation is just weird and we were getting stuff from other rooms. Bed was comfortable, shower pleasant and breakfast was good. What more can you ask for?
