Fantastic hotel, super clean and run by the so hospitable Lisa. Great breakfast too and I highly recommend it. I have been to Blackpool 28 years in succession and I have never booked the same place twice before. However I was told about this gem and I have already booked for next year thats how good it is. Parking was a breeze and its also in the perfect location. A very welcoming hotel that makes you feel so comfortable with its relaxed ambiance.

A wonderful place to stay while attending a convention at the Winter Gardens. Lisa was very friendly and the room comfy, warm and great value.

Smashing B&B
The hotel was a great B&B. The landlady was marvellous. Rooms comfortable, warm and very clean. Breakfast was as you'd imagine. I would stay here again

TIME FOR TWO XX
very clean and convenient for sea front and central.
Room was quite small but all was good for our two night stop over. Nice comfy bed and en suite shower .Well thought out colour scheme and nice thick clean comfy carpet.
Breakfast was yummy. Hot.Fresh, Well cooked and nothing to much trouble for the hosts WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND .

The host was lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was very nice. Room was lovely. The only improvement I would say is that it would have been nice to have hand soap and a hand towel in the en suite. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. There is a car park across the road and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the beach front so it’s in a great location

What an absolute gem of a hotel in the heart of Blackpool. Hosts Lisa & Mark made us feel so welcome. This hotel is excellent value for money considering the quality of the rooms and delicious breakfast. Our room was perfect, very well equipped and comfortable - we all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa - who made a busy breakfast service look effortless. We have stayed in many Blackpool hotels and B&B’s and the Franklyn is definitely one of the best. If you’re looking for good value, a warm welcome, lovely room, fabulous service and a good nights sleep book the Franklyn. We will definitely be booking in again.

The Franklyn hotel! What a fabulous b&b in Blackpool!. Great location short walk to coral island and the prom! Lisa & mark are great hosts and really friendly! Nice tidy clean rooms with on sweet bathrooms! Tv in rooms, kettle and iron also provided if needed ,Nice bar with a great selection of drink, cheap prices too! . Full English breakfast available which I highly recommend! Will only stay here on next visits to Blackpool. Can’t wait too come back 10/10 thank you
