Fair & Honest.
Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small.
2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down
3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).
Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers. 3) very friendly holiday makers hotel 4) location

Stayed Friday to Monday on a turkey tinsel weekend from South Wales, what a lovely hotel , spotless clean and the food was amazing, plenty of choice and cooked to perfection, we went on a coach trip and from the minute we stepped off bus the staff were onto us getting our luggage and welcoming us to the hotel. Our luggage was taken to our rooms for us. The entertainment was excellent and from start to finish we was well looked after , located 2mins from tower and beach front. Our trip will definitely be returning x

If you book one of the rooms at £99 or less, don't bother as the noise at the back of the hotel is horrendous. Wheelie bins being emptied at 7.30am, crashing and banging people talking as loud as they can. When the water was turn on in nearby rooms there was an horrendous squeeling sound. Room was pleasant enough. Wouldn't stay again especially for the price paid.

Our 6th visit this year, and once again a superb stay. Booked for 60th birthday treat. Forgot about turkey and tinsel (will certainly be booking next Decemberthough). Food as always amazing, fantastic rooms, always clean and comfortable. Entertainment absolutely fantastic. As always the owners,management and staff so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Already booked for Ruskin live in February. Also booked for May and July. Cannot recommend the hotel and staff highly enough. Best in Blackpoll
