Premier Inn Blackpool (North Pier)

We stayed just one night for a pleasure beach trip for my daughter and her friend. Really nice hotel with a great bar and a superb breakfast. Staff really polite and helpful. Fantastic little trip and will certainly return on any future visit to Blackpool. Thank you.

Fantastic location. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable enough rooms. Decent value. Friendly staff. Just avoid Mike on reception, he's rude, arrogant, unpleasant & unhelpful. Surprised the hotel actually employees that guy, as all the other staff were nice but he's terrible.

Thank you Nicola and staff, you were all so helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make us welcome. We have never had such good service from any other hotel of any number of stars. The hotel is in a great location, the room very comfortable and breakfast good too.

Had a brilliant stay at North Pier Premier Inn! From the staff to the breakfast it was lovely. The plus room is definitely worth the extra. The bed and shower facilities were superb! If you’re in Blackpool and need a place to stay at, this is the hotel for you! Location is excellent too!

Customer service at this hotel is extremely good! Melisa on the main desk was super helpful, friendly and reassuring. There was an issue with our booking (not a fault of the staff) and Melisa dealt with it really well and completely rectified the issue. The room itself was immaculate. Great facilities and very handy for accessing Blackpool generally. I would highly recommend.

Stayed here for a recent trip to Blackpool. Rooms were available early so we paid £10 for the early check in which was great. The staff we encountered on our visit were excellent - really professional and friendly. We stayed in a premier plus room which was nice and spacious with great air con. Our room was right next to the left but we never heard any noise. We also had breakfast which was a self serve buffet style and all really nice. The hotel is in a great location for the train station. There is a large multi storey close by which the hotel has discounted prices for. We used the your parking space app to park in Sainsbury's which was also close by. Great hotel which we will definitely use again.

Clean usual premier inn standard quiet well soundproof no noise although it is in town centre staff in restaurant were friendly and breakfast good

Decided to stay In Holliday inn in Blackpool as it was my birthday and have stayed in Holliday inn before in the south .as all the reviews I read was good ?? Check in wasn’t to good . thought out the stay some of reception staff was not helpful and the same with the breakfast staff some wasn’t help full they stood around talking to each other rather then clean the table as it got very messy and 2 out of the 3 of the days stay was very quiet in the breakfast room and when the breakfast manager had is day off wasn’t good . Breakfast was hit and miss hot buffet should be call cold breakfast Continental not a lot of choice if you vegetarian it was apple salad not fruit salad only two choices of yoghurt bits of slice orange and melon. Just cheddar cheese that look like it been there all day and cheese spread .no salad stuffed tomato cue cress. When you did complain. They look at you as if you had to heads I had a lovely room looking at the tower and the seafront . Friend had a allfull room looking at Sainsbury’s . They didn’t clean is room the 3 days he was there and he had to keep asking for clean towels . As I said it’s hit and miss and it’s not cheap . Very disappointed but the restaurant in the evening was very good and they made fuss of me on my birthday and staff was opposite they was very helpful as it was different people.

was there from 10th of june till 15th of june for my second time fantastic as ever rooms are lovely and clean and bed very very comfortable and now for my favourite place at the premier inn the cookhouse pub brilliant fantastic staff and the meals so so good my favourite eating place in blackpool so please use it
