Stayed overnight while attending a Christmas event. Totally disgusting rooms! Initially given room 12 but this had an open window, which resulted in saturated beds (the night of the recent storm) Moved to room 24 (Upgraded for £10) what a joke. absolutely filthy room. Cheap ripped pillows - filthy carpets, but worst of all FREEZING COLD. No heating, no option for additional heaters. Windows were broken with huge gaps. NO curtains just a filthy blind that doesn't fit. AVOID THIS HOTEL at all costs. Mike Yarnold, General Manager? Well, he's non-existent too. Best to contact Baljit Jaswal, Flaxen Group Ltd, who own the place with any complaints
