Hôtel proche de l'aéroport, sans être extrêmement proche non plus. Il y a une navette à 6 euros (pour un taxi, compter 15 euros) pour rejoindre l'aéroport qui est à 15-20 min à pied. On peut rejoindre le centre de Toulouse en taxi pour environ 30 euros. La literie est bonne. Les chambres sont exiguës, pas en mauvais état mais pas non plus au top. Le ménage est mal fait, beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. C'est clairement un deux étoiles et non pas un trois étoiles comme annoncé. La journée, les filles de la réception sont agréable et professionnelles. Le restaurant est basique, c'est Courtepaille, un peu comme Flunch, mais pour un soir cela convient. Le petit-déjeuner français est servi dès 4h du matin, un bon point pour un hôtel d'aéroport. Une alarme à incendie s'est déclenchée la nuit. Nous sommes sortis de la chambre et sommes allés à la sortie de secours. Nous étions seul. Alors que l'alarme s'est arrêtée et que les portes coupe-feu étaient encore fermées, finalement nous sommes allés à la réception. Nous y avons trouvé un réceptionniste nonchalant expliquant "c'est une fausse alerte, quelqu'un a fumé dans la chambre". Pas d'excuse, pas d'empathie. Surtout, le personnel n'a pas pensé aux clients paniqués pendant les longues minutes où l'alarme à incendie sonnait, ni que peut-être certains d'entre eux attendaient dehors dans la nuit noire en pyjama. C'est assez inquiétant du manque de considération pour les clients, et aussi inquiétant au cas où une vraie alerte retentissait, on ne se sent pas en sécurité. Le personnel de nuit manque probablement de formation pour gérer ce type d'alerte.
